  • Can I email my questions directly to OBC?

While we encourage you to attempt to find the answer on this FAQ, we realize that some questions are very specific to a particular student or situation. We welcome your questions and comments, which can be directed to helpdesk@online-bible-college.com. When contacting OBC via email, here are some guidelines to follow: DO include your full name and student number when contacting us. DO include a specific subject line, i.e. "Student #...", or "Question on Test 101-01", or "Accredited Study Plan Information". DON'T send emails without a subject line, or with non-specific subject lines such as "Hello, "Hi", "Error", "Test", or "Question". Due to an increase in spam and virus-infected emails with subject lines such as these, these emails will be automatically deleted, and you will not receive a response. DON'T cc an email to multiple OBC addresses. Often the same individual monitors multiple inboxes, or you will receive multiple, possibly contradictory (though hopefully not!) answers. Either way, this creates an extra workload for the OBC Team. Unless otherwise directed, all initial contacts with OBC should be directed to helpdesk@online-bible-college.com. DON'T email President Paul Collins directly, unless you have been contacted by him. If necessary, we will escalate messages to him; however, most inquiries can more effectively be handled by other members of the team. It is not our intent to isolate Paul from student contact; however, he is focusing on writing, and we all need to work together to free him up to carry out this most important role. Again, direct your emails to helpdesk@online-bible-college.com. DO feel free to ask questions. If there is any confusion or concern, we DO want to hear about it. We value your feedback, and we DO listen!
